Marek Náprstek is currently a student at FAMU (Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague), animation department. He was born in Prague in 1987, studied English and French at the faculty of Education of Charles University, lived a year in England and started learning animation.

He is currently working on his graduation film Ant Hill and his diploma thesis about virtual celebrities.
